Smoothie Central

Whether you are on the go, finishing up a hard workout, or just love a great smoothie, here are three of my favorite “go-to recipes” to nourish your body, fuel your brain and energize you for the day!

Tropical Delight

·      1 cup frozen tropical fruit – mango, pineapple, strawberries

·      ½ banana

·      1 serving vanilla protein power

·      1 serving marine collagen

·      1 cup almond milk

·      1 cup coconut water

*add extra water as needed for consistency

Triple Berry

·      1 cup frozen mixed berries

·      ½ banana

·      1 serving vanilla protein power

·      1 serving marine collagen

·      1 cup almond milk

·      1 cup coconut water

*add extra water as needed for consistency

Optional: top with anything fun you have in your house! Almond butter, kiwi, gogi berries, etc.

Green Goodness

·      2 cups spinach

·      1 green apple

·      1 inch piece of ginger root (chopped)

·      1 cup pineapple

·      2 cups coconut water

*add extra water as needed
